There are 3 different options for Registration at the ISTH 2021.
Live +4 (July 17-25): Registrants at this level will receive live virtual access to all Congress content and four(4) additional days of on-demand access to recorded content (July 17- July 25)
Live +30 days On-Demand: Registrants at this level will receive live virtual access to all Congress content and thirty(30) additional days of on-demand access to recorded content (July 17- August 20)
Live +90 days On-Demand Registrants at this level will receive live virtual access to all Congress content and ninety(90) additional days of on-demand access to recorded content (July 17- October 19)
Access to Virtual Congress Site
All registrants will receive an e-mail with access details for the Virtual Congress in July 2021. All registrants must register with a unique e-mail address to allow access to the site.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ISTH Registration Department by email. The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. For cancellations received before Thursday, June 17, 2021 deposits will be refunded less $20.00USD for administrative costs. After this date, no refunds will be possible. The same applies for cancellation of additional sessions and orders (e.g., CME Credits). Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance
Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits
This activity is being planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
There is a $25.00 USD fee for a CME Certificate for Plenary, State-of-the-Art and Oral Communications live sessions only. A CME certificate is only for those wishing to collect Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits. In addition to the $25.00 USD fee in order to receive your certificate you will need to complete the evaluation and claim credit for the live sessions by August 31, 2021.
There are 2 types of group registration. Discounts are available for groups of 100+. One group manager must be designated as the point of contact.
Small Group registration – for groups of 2-9. They would log into the registration site and at the top of the contact page is a link to register small groups. Required registration details for each attendee must be completed and payment made before registration can be submitted. Each registrant must be registered with a unique e-mail address.
Large Group registration – for groups of 10 and over. They should email firstname.lastname@example.org to be sent the appropriate link.

Method of Payment
The full payment of your registration is requested when registering. No confirmation will be sent until ISTH has received the payment.

Credit card payments are processed in the United States and may be flagged as an international transaction by your credit card company resulting in a declined transaction. It is recommended that you authorize the payment in advance with your credit card company before starting the online registration process.
Checks will not be accepted.
A handling fee of $20.00 USD will be charged for every name change to an existing congress registration. A new registration form for the substitute attendee should be submitted, as well as a proof for the reduced fee if applicable.
A confirmation of registration and payment status will be sent to the individual or company that requests registration. Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received. Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the Congress venue when collecting their documents.
Registration for Presenters of Accepted Abstract
The early registration deadline is before abstract presenters will be mailed their letters of acceptance. If you are an accepted abstract presenter, you will qualify to register at the early registration fee. Instructions on how to receive this rate will be provided in the abstract notification letter. The early registration rate will only be for the presenting author.
